🌈❄️December Release Blog Hop – Simon Says Stamp ❄️🌈

Hello everyone!

I’m back to my blog today and I’m super excited because the new Simon Says Stamp release is finally available to purchase! And since its DieCember is all about dies!

and for the occasion Simon Says Stamp Family thoughts to make not only one but TWO amazing blog hops! And today is day two of the blog hop! As you may know I’m not a dies kind of person but when I see one that I like I immediately ask myself how can I use it in my own way!

So for today’s cards I’ve decided to use this embossing folder + die in my own way….of course I had to use copic markers and add a little touch of coloring to it!

So I’ve hand drawn a faux watercolor effect for the background and then added the two snowflakes from the “gilded ornamental” set!

the sentiments are from the stamp set I’ve designed called “sweet tooth bears” and they really go with anything! in one card I’ve stamped it with a light blue ink and in the other one I’ve used a pink one! I really like the two cards that looks so different yet so similar just changing the color palette!

which one of the two cards is your favorite?

This month at Simon Says Stamp you can find two news stamp sets that I’ve designed! So exciting isn’t?in my previous blog posts I’ve showed you the fist stamp set I’ve designed which is called “Magical Christmas” and includes a lot of adorable fairies, the second stamp set I’ve designed is called “sweet tooth bears” and includes a lot of adorable bears and all the huge candies!

I honestly really love how the stamp set turned out and all the possibilities you have with the images!

All the images can be combined and you can create your own candy scene! I tried hard to make a Christmas stamp set you can use all year around! can you imagine that big lollipop colored in rainbow colors? and all the candies? 🐻❤️

For today’s coloring I’ve decided to go with a classic color scheme for christmas but I can’t wait to try many more!

everything you see on the colors Is in the stamp set, the only little exception are the little holly branches that I’ve hand drawn! As always everything is colored with my beloved copic markers!

I’ve also added some white gel pen details on the mug and some touches of black pencil to add contrast to the coloring!

I loved designing this stamp set and coloring it it is even better! the possibilities with this stamp set are endless and I really hope you’ll like it as much as I do!

🧚‍♀️⭐️ May your Christmas be….Magical! – Simon Says Stamp ⭐️🧚‍♀️

Hello crafty friends and welcome back to my blog!

It’s so exciting to be here again and show you a new coloring I did for Simon Says Stamp! As you already know, in this month’s release there is a stamp I’ve designed and that I deeply love!

The stamp set is called “Magical Christmas” and not only has the cutest fairy around (*wink wink*) but it includes a lot of complementary elements that you can use alone or with the main characters!

for today’s coloring I’ve decided to color each of the fairy so you can actually imagine how cute they will be on your cards! I’ve decided to use a different color combo for each image! So we have a pink, a yellow, a green and a blue fairy!

When I was designing this stamp set something that I really wanted is to have both male and female fairies that can be used together or alone! As a boy in the card making world I always thought that there are never enough boy-ish stamp sets, isn’t?

I loved designing this stamp set and coloring it it is even better! the possibilities with this stamp set are endless and I really hope you’ll like it as much as I do!

🐧💙 Four days until the New Release – MFT 💙🐧

Hello crafty friends and welcome back to my blog!

I know you’re super excited about the new MFT stamps release…well, I’m also super excited! Today i’m showing you the new stamps from the YUZU line and I’m sure you’ll love it!

For today’s coloring I’ve played with one of these beautiful penguins included in this month’s YUZU stamp set and colored it with my Copic Markers! When I saw this little penguin for the first time I immediately thought about a little scene so when it came to coloring it was so clear for me he needed a background!

So I’ve hand drawn the sea and the little snowy mountain…for the sky I’ve decided to be a little darker on the edges and lighter in the “inside” so I could draw a little shining star in the middle!

as always I’ve added some small details with a white gel pen, a white pencil and a black pencil. this helps you a lot on adding little more interest on your coloring!

Hello everyone and welcome to a new Countdown day for the upcoming MFT release!

For today’s coloring I’ve decided to play a little with thus adorable stamp set illustrated by Stacey Yacula!

Stacey Yacula llustrations are so sweet and adorable that you can never have too many of them!

So for today’s coloring I’ve stamped this adorable bear and added a lot of stars where he’s sitting! For the stamping I’ve used a very light ink pad so I could color the image with the no-line effect.

and as always for the coloring I’ve used Copic Markers and I’ve tried to make the soft look of the bear doing some small strokes with he markers.

🦇💚 Toil and troubles – Simon Says Stamp 💚🦇

Hello crafty friends and welcome back to my blog!

I have a fun coloring made with some amazing products by Simon Says Stamp! One of the stamp I’ve used is the amazing new stamp set called “Batty for you”. I’ve been dreaming for a bat wings stamp set for so long and when I’ve seen this one I instantly fell in love with it! You can have endless possibilities with it and you can use it all year round for magical projects! It’s not only for halloween and you’ll see that more in future here on my blog!

So for today’s coloring I’ve hand drawn a huge potion bottle, then I’ve stamped the big bat wings on the top part of the bottle. While I was coloring the bottle I’ve noticed that something was missing so I’ve used one of my favorite stamps ever called “Lots of dots” stamp set to create the eye balls inside the bottle.

as always for the coloring I’ve used my copic markers. I love all the greens tones and the color combo I’ve used is my favorite ever: G19, YG09, YG07, YG05, YG03, YG01

I hope you’ll like my coloring for today!

Wishing you a creative day,
Alberto

🦃🧡 Turkey Season – Simon Says Stamp 🧡🦃

Hello Crafty friends!

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and this year we have a new favorite stamp set for the season!
Yes, the “Turkey Day” stamp set is just perfect for the season with a lot of funny sentiments that match perfectly for any Thanksgiving card!

and turkeys are not easy to color so I’ve decided to prepare for you my personal color combo for turkeys so you can use this for your thanksgiving cards!

all the copic colors you need are: E29, E27, E25, E23, R29, R24, YR07, YR04, Y17…browns and all the warm tones!

Important for this technique is to use your markers brush tips and do some strokes to create the little feathers on the turkey!

For this coloring I’ve used this adorable turkey but in the stamp set your can find different turkeys to choose…or use them all together, why not?

As always you can use also a black pencil and white gel pens to add some details to your coloring! it’s always so fun to add details with other coloring mediums! It really makes your image pop!

I hope you’ll like my coloring for today!

⭐️💜 Bubbling cauldron – Simon Says Stamp 💜⭐️

Hello crafty friends and welcome back to my blog!

You know how love anything magical! so for today’s coloring I’ve decided to play with this Simon Says Stamp from last year….but it still is one of my favorite stamps ever!

last year when this stamp was released I’ve colored it with a different color combo, but this year I wanted it to look less halloween-y and more magical….you know, a wizard or Harry Potter theme!

So I’ve stamped the cauldron and then I’ve added the exploding potion inside of it! When thinking of magical things, stars were a must to add! So, I’ve also hand drawn some glowing stars!

As always everything is colored with my beloved copic markers and I’ve added some details with a white gel pen!

below you can find a little comparison between last year coloring and this year one. which one is your favorite?

I hope you’ll like my coloring for today!

💚🍎 Just one bite… – Simon Says Stamp 🍎💚

Hello Crafty friends!

As you know I’m a big Disney fans and one of my favorite movies ever is the first one that Walt did…Snow White! I still love watching it every now and then, and I’m still so amazed about all the art in it!

So for today’s coloring made for Simon Says Stamp I’ve decided to be inspired but this movie and one of my favorite scene of the movie, when the poisoned apple comes to the scene.

So I’ve cut out a piece of copic friendly paper and hand drawn a huge poisoned apple. I took the one from the movie as reference because I wanted it to look just like the one of the movie.

Then I had to add one of the little bears stamps I’ve designed for Simon Says Stamp and this little bear match perfectly with it! Of course I had to add him a little fork for this little bear! how cute does he look?

As always I’ve colored everything with my beloved copic markers and pleeease, can we take a moment to look at the lime greens and appreciate how much it looks like it’s glowing?! Love it!
