August MFT&Friends!

Hello everyone!

It’s time for the MFT&Friends blog post and for today’s coloring i’ve decided to play with one of my favourite stamp set of this collection!

For this coloring i’ve used the stamp set called “Old Friends”. I love this stamp set because you can use it to create birthday cards for long-time friends or create cards for your grandparents….ORRRR create an halloween card just adding a little witch hat to one of the ladies of the set!

So, i’ve stamped my image and the i’ve added a little witch hat and the broom to transform this stamp for an halloween card!

1 day until the new release – MFT

Hello everyone!

Tomorrow is the big day so be sure to prepare you shopping lists! …the new MFT release is coming!

For todays coloring i’ve played with the new stamp set called “Halloween Hoo” and i’ve decided to create a little egypt inspired background for this cute little owl!

So, i’ve hand drawn the pyramids and the dunes and colored the with my beloved copic markers and then i’ve added a  little circle in the background for the sky (i’ve used my MFT circle stencil to create it!).

And then i’ve added my sentiment from the same stamp set!I’ve stamped it on black cardstock ad the i’ve white embossed it!

2 days until the new release – MFT

Hello everyone!

We are so close to the new release and i’m so happy to share with you some of the new amazing stamps that will be available soon!

This release is one of my favourite ever…a lot of cute images to play with and most of them are autumn or halloween themed!
For today’s coloring i’ve played with this stamp from the stamp set called “Boo Crew”

I’ve added a little background to my main image and coloured everything with copic markers! …and of course cute little stars here and there! 😉

Hello everyone!
i’m back with a new card for the MFT release countdown. These 6 days are my favourite of all the month!

For today’s coloring i’ve used the Stacey Yacula new stamp set called “Happy Campers” and i must admit…those critters are just so cute!!

As always i’ve hadn drawn the background and coloured everything with my beloved copic markers.

i loved to create this scene and  i had so much fun colrong those sweet critters.

After i’ve inished my card i’ve added a black cardstock all around the card and a cute little sentiment “Let’s make some memories”.

4 days until the new release – MFT

Hello everyone!

It’s time for another countdown day to the new MFT release and today i’ve decided to create something with one of the newest stamps sets called “Ghostly Greetings”

So i’ve stamped the pumpkin and then i’ve put a post-it note where i wanted to stamp the ghost, masking the bottom part of it!

Then i’ve added some lines to create the illusion of the ghost coming out from the pumpkin!

As always i’ve coloured everything with my copic markers and added also some leaves here and there.

The sentiment stamp is from the same stamp set as the images.

5 days until the new release – MFT

Hello everyone!

It’s time for another new amazing MFT stamps release and i’m so excited about it! this release has some AMAZING stamps that i’m sure you’ll love!

For the first day i’ve decided to make something Fall inspired! The stamp i’ve used is called “Adorable Adventure”.

As always Birdie Brown has launched some AMAZING stamps!!!

The stamp is so beautiful i really wanted to create a whole scene to let you see how beautiful this stamp is! All the scene is drawn and coloured with copic markers.

…and here is my card with it! I started drawing the heart with a pencil and then i stamped this adorable Pure Innocence stamp!

I colored everything with art ‘n fly markers…and i’ve used blues for one girl and yellows for the other! I love the opposite colors effect, don’t you?

And the as always a white embossed sentiment on black cardstock!

Color Challenge #146 – MFT

Hello everyone!

Here we go with a new MFT Color Challenge! Join us as we create with this week’s color combination.

This challenge features Milk Chocolate, Tickled Pink, Coral Crush and Summer Splash

Remember, you don’t have to have the EXACT colors to play – just use colors inspired by the ones you see below.

Add in neutrals like black, white or kraft, but challenge yourself to incorporate all four of the colors.

Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this color combination and be sure to link your project on the MFT blog for a chance to win a My Favorite Things Gift Voucher worth $50.

And here is my creation with these amazing colors…i’ve decided to play with one of the Stacy Yacula stamp set.

A lot of you asks me how many copic colors you need to color an image…well it dipends…sometimes is just 5-6 markers, some other you need many many more….for example for this coloring i’ve used 24 colors!

…and i’ve written down all the colors used so it’s easier for you to join our color challenge!

Sky-High Card kit – MFT

Hello everyone!

Today is the day! The new MFT card kit is now available for purchase! …and the new stamps are amazing!

For today’s coloring i’ve had so much fun mixing one of the stamps on the kit with one already released!

So, i masked the top part of the hot air balloon and i’ve stamped some flowers from the “fun flowers” stamp set to re-create the hot air balloon shape.

After the masking i’ve coloring everything with my beloved copic markers.
